Here are a few photos I took of a recent CrossFit workout here at CrossFit Works in Tucson.
This is from the 6pm session. I did the workout myself with the 5pm session, and then helped coach the 6pm session.
2) Strength workout:
Backsquat, work up to 1 rep max load.
3) Metcon workout:
AMRAP in 15 minutes of
200m run carrying a bumper plate – 45 lbs for guys, 25 lbs for gals
10 AbMat Sit-ups
3 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
4) Cool-down, stretching.

Carrying the bumper plate sucked, no matter which way you did it. I carried it on my back like most guys, and had some nice bruises to show for it.

Thursday, April 28th, was the big day. We moved into our new home.
We had a ton of deliveries and installations and services scheduled for this morning:
- Delivery of our trailer with our belongings
- Two professional movers to help unload
- Air conditioning service
- Pest control
- Handyman for some minor fix-ups around the house
- Garbage/recycle cans
- New desk for my office
Everything worked out great. Everybody showed up on time or even early. Of course now the house is a huge mess. It will take a long time to unpack everything and find a place for it. We also still need to buy several additional pieces of furniture.

Friday we spent mostly moving our things from the rental we were in over to our new house. Now it is weekend and we are spending the next few days unpacking and starting to get organized.
