Here are a few photos I took of a recent CrossFit workout here at CrossFit Works in Tucson.
This is from the 6pm session. I did the workout myself with the 5pm session, and then helped coach the 6pm session.
2) Strength workout:
Backsquat, work up to 1 rep max load.
3) Metcon workout:
AMRAP in 15 minutes of
200m run carrying a bumper plate – 45 lbs for guys, 25 lbs for gals
10 AbMat Sit-ups
3 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
4) Cool-down, stretching.
Carrying the bumper plate sucked, no matter which way you did it. I carried it on my back like most guys, and had some nice bruises to show for it.
